If you’re looking for a good movie to see over the holiday, we have to recommend the Coen brothers film, “Bridge Of Spies”, directed by Stephen Spielberg, starring Tom Hanks. Set during the Cold War, “Bridge Of Spies” is a meticulously crafted period piece that centers on a 1962 spy swap involving a Soviet mole, an American U-2 pilot shot down by the Soviets, and an American student who ended up on the wrong side of the Berlin Wall at the worst possible time.
The movie was scored by the incomparable Thomas Newman, and mixed here at The Village in Studio B. Call us biased, but we think it sounds pretty incredible. “Bridge Of Spies” is another in a recent string of major motion pictures that have been worked on at The Village, and we are honored to have been a part of this masterpiece!
