For 50 years, The Chieftains have been making traditional Irish music together. The group has received 6 Grammy Awards and an Academy award in addition to countless collaborations with some of the most respected musicians of our time. They have worked with artists such as Joni Mitchell, The Rolling Stones, Sting and most recently, T Bone Burnett. Founder Paddy Maloney and the rest of the band were in Studio D as part of an epic, new project that is being kept secret for the time being. T Bone produced while Mike Piersante engineered and Chris Owens assisted.
